• Disputes must be resolved in good faith with the influencer, with HypeHives as facilitator if required.

HypeHives is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or reputational issues arising from collaborations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
